The Mazda 2 Hybrid came into the pubic as a rebadged version of the Toyota Yaris model. This is due to a collaborative venture between Mazda and Toyota, with the objective to advance Mazdas Electric Vehicle strategy. 
With that bit of history out of the way, let's talk differences. 
Functionally, they are the same car. They share the same platform and mechanical components due to the aforementioned partnership between Toyota and Mazda.
In terms of their exterior and interior design, this is where we begin to see differences. They both hold true to their unique brand design, though on the outside they do look similar enough. 
Regarding prices they are in the same ballpark figures, both ranging in the mid €20,000s.
